Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to support our local Dallas, TX clients. Roles vary from project-based to full-time positions.
This role is essential to supporting our sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth workflow between internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining client records.
Process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and tracking sales metrics.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and general inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and materials as needed.
Support onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and responding to emails.
Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
